4. Managing your preferences
- On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or set each category under “Preferences”.
- You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
- Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts are not loaded unless you consent. Google Consent Mode v2 starts with all advertising and analytics permissions set to “denied” by default.

6. Mobile app
The “Kent Bilgi Sistemi” mobile app uses software development kits (SDKs) such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob instead of cookies.
